Rapid boil confirmed
So far functions well but the website product description is misleading in two places. The overview says that the kettle "features large water level indicator windows on either side.", and mentions (against CORD STORAGE under Features) "With dual water level indicator windows..." - but in fact there is an indicator window on only one side of the kettle.

Clear lines
All in all the kettle is fine. Clear lines, not too bulky in the handle and functions well so far. One thing I don't understand is why the plastic water level indicator is hollowed inside with the frame standing off into the kettle, which means limescale will easily settle there and will make it probably quite unsighlty.

Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
