Series 1 Fitness tracker
This is the second one of this item , as I lost my first one, but it doesn't seem to respond correctly when resetting which is disappointing

It just doesn't work!
The tracker itself is OK although its step count is very optimistic. However, the app on my Android phone is useless. It set up OK but then loses connection to the tracker. I've tried re-installing the app and following all the faq's on the Reflex Active website re battery optimisation etc. and I've unpaired and paired the tracker. Just maybe once in every 20 attempts, it might connect but the next time I open the app it fails again. The app can see that the tracker is there but continually fails connection. This means the tracker is a dumb step counter with no stats or history. Looking at the reviews of the app on the Google play store it seems this isn't uncommon. How can Reflex Active continue to sell such a bug ridden system?

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
