Failed to meet standards
I had this watch for 11 months the watch face would constantly change from its setting. After 6 months it started adding steps overnight while I wasn’t wearing it. One day it got lightly splashed with sprinkling of water and since then it hasn’t worked at all.

Waste of money
I bought this expecting a cheaper copy of an Apple Watch but it can’t pick up calls you can’t send messages. The screens shoddy so when you press on the home button to turn it on it won’t turn on. It’s just generally faulty and I am not impressed.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
