Pretty lights
I bought these to put on my tree - a large branch of corkscrew hazel from the garden- used tiny cable ties to fix the cables to the branches. Added lots of glass icicles and drops . The warm colour of the bulbs is lovely and they complement the decorations . Very happy.

Great Lights
Lights arrived today, all work, they look very pretty, will put away for xmas 23, Hepful note: The timer mode button is also the button which changes the lights to your desired setting, by pushing the button once each time to run through the settings. I purchased 2 sets, one to remain static and the second to twinkle, very happy and would recommend.

Perfect Fairy Lights
I bought these as I wanted LED fairy lights with the traditional fairy light shape bulb and trust me it’s like hens teeth trying to find this product. I use fairy lights all year round over mirrors and book cases and these are durable and long lasting compared to none LED fairy lights. I will be buying more once the become available again however it’s sad that I have to wait until Christmas to buy them. I wish we could purchase these all year round.

120 LED Functional Fairy Lights
The lights work fine so far. They'll certainly brighten the garden next Christmas! The wiring seems quite fragile but I shall take care of them. My other criticism is that unfortunately the individual LEDs are not replaceable by the customer.

Very good lights, but with a major limitation.
These lights look very similar to the old, much loved, incandescent lights that they have replaced. They are about the right brightness and have a good warm colour. Excellent. We can opt tohave them on continuously. My only complaint is the built in timer. I can't find a way to disable this. The family want the lights to be on all day as well as evening. If you switch the lights on in the morning, then at about 5 pm they switch off! The 8 hours on, 16 hours off feature is maybe all right for some, but why is it not possible to disable this, and then use our old timer that allows us to have the hours we want?

Robert Dyas offers a FREE Click and Collect service to Robert Dyas stores.
If you choose to have your order delivered to your local store, it is completely free and will be delivered within 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays).
When your order arrives in your chosen store, we will e-mail you to advise that your order is ready for collection. Your order will be held in store for 7 days.

We aim to deliver items that are currently in stock in 3 to 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays) after the date the order is placed.
Unfortunately at this time we cannot take orders for delivery to British Forces Post Offices (BFPO), Northern Ireland, Freight Forwarders, international addresses or The Channel Islands (GY, JE).

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:

- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by one of the following methods:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
2. Visit Your Local Robert Dyas Store
Whether you bought the product in store, online or over the phone, most of our products can be returned to a Robert Dyas stores. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not attempt to return large or heavy products, including large kitchen appliances, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture etc to your local store. If in doubt of whether you should return a product to your local store, please contact customer services first.
