Great little shed
We have just put our shed together and found it all went quite smoothly considering we are both in our 60's and my husband is registered blind! The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. There was nothing missing and we had ample nails and screws. The hardest part was hanging the door but we managed it in the end and are very pleased with our new shed and our achievement.

Small storage shed
When the shed eventually arrived over a week late having wasted a day waiting and little response from Robert Dyas Customer Service it was well packaged all the parts were there it was easy to assemble following the guidance leaflet good little shed fills a spare place in my garden

Disappointed
Spent some time looking at this shed on various sites. It is just the right size and being Rowlinson thought it would be of a good quality; sadly I was mistaken. The panels were warped, one of the tongue and groove strips was split and neither the roofing boards or the flooring are solid wood. I must say I felt sadly let down by the quality.

Great shed, shame about ...
Looked around a bit for this shed as there were good reviews about it, and it was twenty pounds cheaper than the next best price, that one was with next day delivery and i didnt need the shed for two weeks, dealing with a large company like Robert Dyas and with a promised fifteen days delivery maximum i thought there would be no problem, (as a single parent every penny nededds to be counted). After 15 days i was contacted by the delivery people, who had scheduled me for the following day, no good for me as i work silly shifts three days a week so i replied, told them my shifts and asked them to reschedule. Ten days later, nothing, contacted Robert Dyas who said the delivery crew were waiting for me to contact them, comommunication breakdown. After a few more mails it was eventually delivered on a Robert Dyas van after 29 days wait. Very long winded, i had expected better from a big firm, great shed though !

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
