Sturdy greenhouse
We are very pleased with the mini greenhouse. It looks good, well designed, reasonably easy to assemble though maybe more explicit instructions would help. Delivered promptly. All quite efficient.

Just what we wanted
We bought this a few weeks ago but avoided constructing it immediately thinking it might be difficult or time consuming. We needn't have worried. It took us just over an hour because the instructions were clear with no pieces missing. We are absolutely delighted with our new greenhouse. It looks very smart, is the perfect size and we can't wait to make use of it. We made a base for it to stand on to protect the wood at the bottom from excess rainwater. We would recommend it.

My growing house
I bought this weeks ago and only got it put together today.it was packed well and looks lovely now its ensemble. I dont know how it will ware as it new today.the delivery driver was not that helpful when it was delivered is the only none plus so far.

Very clever method of shelf assembly, where some of the planks may be removed to allow taller plants through, yet still allow the rest of that shelf to be used.

Sturdy and well designed
I purchased this greenhouse to replace a set of covered shelves (which had been too flimsy and been damaged by the wind). Really pleased and only took a couple of hours to build on my own. I think this is ideal for someone who is not quite ready for a full size greenhouse but wants something to get them started. Really pleased with it

Wing nuts
The greenhouse itself is ok but as a have trouble with my hands, the wing nuts to keep the windows open are too small. I had trouble tightening them.

Great product
Ordered this product Good Friday (online) , delivered following Wednesday. Very fast delivery! I have always been impressed with the service from Robert Dyas.
Product very well packed, instructions ok.
Although instructions mis-stated amount of small screws required. So was looking for 4 missing screws. We realised that the enough screes were present. Actual instructions are pictorial but easy to follow. Definitely need two people to erect this product. Only took two hours to build. Could have been done quicker but
when putting on metal feet plates. Had to redrill holes as they did not match up. Also noticed minor damage to one corner of the frame which had broken away. Not concerned about it! Hence only 4 stars for these small issues.
Shelves fit well inside.
Would have liked another shelf for the base.
All.in all a nice product

Good construction but some problems
This seems to be sound construction but the fittings pack was short of a couple of pieces. Quickly rectified by the supplier sending another full pack. Some pre-fitted hinge screws weren't tight and had damaged cross points but I was able to use them. Quite expensive but should last.

needed modification
When we put this together we found that one of the joints was not properly secured, thus pushing the frame apart & leaving a large gap between the doors. we were able to take out the pins & push the joint together & refasten but it should never have left the factory inn this state. Now that it is repaired it is strong & sturdy & should last many years.

Smart looking mini greenhouse
I received the mini greenhouse earlier than expected, two days earlier than was quoted.
The mini greenhouse came in a large, packed, carboard box with a slightly damaged corner, but all was well inside as the mini greenhouse was well packed and secured inside the box, with carboard and hardboard sheets.
The large boxed up mini greenhouse was very heavy for me to lift. The delivery driver kindly carried the box down the sideway to my rear garden.
When laid flat on the patio, I found inside the box, a list of all the components, which showed where each part goes. The predrilled screw holes all lined up fine, except for the metal plate triangular feet, so I had to drill additional holes for them.
For most of the big screws, you have to use an Allen key, which is supplied with the components. The mini greenhouse comes with two adjustable shelves.
Since being assembled, I have noticed white spots on the polycarbonate panes, but have found out it is condensation trapped inside the double glazed panes. It comes and goes. The mini greenhouse, I received, is sturdy and very suitable for my use.

Great item and very useful
This is a very good product that is a good size and very useful for storing plants etc.
It was purchased at a good price and overall is much better value than the cheaper , smaller and flimsy alternatives.

Smart and practical

Looks good but stops there
Alot of money for what it is.i painted it all with yacht varnish before it went outside and alot the wood has stil cracked.its not worth half the price it cost and never again would i buy this,it was also deliverd to me in a mess.beware everyone its alot money to pay for a very poor greenhouse i could and should have built alot better myself.

Very Poor Construction - Beware
Shockingly poor construction - I've had to redrill holes to get things to fit properly. I've had to silicone seal around all the polycarbonate panes to stop rain water getting into them (they will turn green otherwise). Should have returned it while I had the chance. Think twice before purchasing this greenhouse.

Impossible to contact Robert Dyas
I ordered a small green house from Robert Dyas on 27 March 2021 which indicated delivery would be by 19th April 2021. I have emailed them asking when delivery would be and have heard nothing in 48 hours. I eventually found a telephone number by ringing a branch as it cannot be found online. Waited for 27 minutes and got nowhere. Tried their chat facility and just got bounced out. I am very disappointed with their service and would not recommend buying online. Still waiting for the greenhouse. By the way I have used their tracking facility, apparently it has been in Coventry for weeks and there is no way of knowing if it will be delivered. I hope someone contacts me.

I paid for the mini green house on the 9/9/2020 ,should have been delivered on the 29/10/2020 (before lockdown) but still not received - today’s date 6/11/2020.
What are we supposed to do when we can’t get in touch with anyone? Definitely won’t be ordering anything else from your site.
