Solid woodstore
A solid wood store. Obviously you should fit a felt roof (not included) and paint it with fence preserver (easier to do this before constructing it) to get good life out of it, and with maintenance will probably last decades. Took quite a long time to put together. Shame it isn't a bit taller.

Good Value Log Store
I bought this large version having bought a narrow Rowlinson a few months ago so I knew what to expect. I want to store 2 rows depth of logs and these are too shallow for that, so I enhance them, increasing the depth with some additional timber. - Deeper sub-base , additional flooring / roofing planks and 6x2 ‘s at the front. The quality is OK for the price, but I use my own better decking screws to construct and added felt to the roof as well as adding some triangulating bracing timber.They are nailed together with a nail gun and some timbers were coming away. - Not a problem for me as I just hammer back and strengthen with additional screws. If you are a capable DIY’er with some basic tools ( cordless drill and cordless driver and spirit level), Rowlinson log stores are great.The Robert Dyas price was the lowest I could find and the log store was delivered earlier than promised, The large log store comes in 4 packages. I recommend that the log store is built at or near its final site as it’s quite large to move. Definitely need 2 people to build or at least an assistant on standby for certain parts of the build.

Does the job I want
I felt the base needed some extra support so I added a couple of bits of wood to shorten the span on the slats. I changed the roof so it sloped away from the building instead of towards the building ( presumably they do this to get the wood in easier) which meant I has to add another slat at the back. One of the uprights was cracked, I chose not to go back to the supplier and repaired it myself. The positives are it came in sooner than expected, it looks a nice neat unit and overall al we are pleased with our new wood store

Large log store
I was going to make my own, but unable to find any used timber it would have cost more to buy the wood than take the lazy option and buy this flat pack.
It’s a bit flimsy in places but I added bracing and a lot more large screws and it’s quite secure

We bought this a little while ago now and it is currently full with logs! It was quite straightforward to put together- with 2 people- and is a basic design but looks good. The small shelf is useful too.

Good value
I was very happy with the quality of the log store and thought that it was good quality.
It is definitely a two person job to put it together and it is highly recommended that you read the instructions before starting.

Arrived within 4 days
Arrived within 4 days unexpectedly which was great. Took two of us 2 hours to put up. The wood was wet inside some of the plastic but once up it dried out okay. Putting up took some improvising so that it would fit together as the wood didn't slot in snugly. The pieces were cut wonky. Despite this, it's a great big size and fits half a ton of logs plus kindling on the shelf. My Husband was pleased with the end result.

Worst log store ever
This log store is the worst quality . Two pieces of wood are completely snapped and when opened and ready to build there was no back panel and no shelf . Have tried to contact the company all day yesterday and get no answer . Will definitely be sending back for a full refund

Poor Wood shelter. Broken pieces and warped wood
Wood shelter arrived damaged and almost all pieces warped. You will need some DIY to cut pieces in order to make the store. Far too expensive for the poor quality.

Poorly put together
It arrives with some sections already constructed, however many have been put together incorrectly, with screws sticking out and with the space available for the rear lats being too small - requiring you to cut down half of the rear lats yourself. It doe need two people to construct this, but it will require you to rectify mistakes made by the manufacturer in order to complete it, which may result in it taking you around 3-4 hours to finish dependant on what tools you have access to.

If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
