good product, good vendor
been using it for a couple of weeks, works as I expected. Its nicely made, stainless steel rather than painted carbon steel. Very simple and robust, no flaming buttons or WiFi link to waste your time and go wrong. Robert Dyas is an easy site to navigate, dont try to trick you the way Amazon does. They delivered as promised, will go there again.

very handy little hob
On refitting our kitchen we needed a temporary hob and I was pleased to find this in Robert Dyas and for such a reasonable price. It worked very well and enabled us to continue to cook for the duration.

Perfect for small spaces

Perfect, so useful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never knew i needer one of these until i got one! This has been so handy, i’ve used this twice so far in the garden. It is perfect for use outdoors, its small and compact and easy to move around. The hobs take a while to heat uo but not an issue at all. It does the job fine and cooke food as normal. It’s great for use when having garden parties, saves your kitchen from getting messy and smelly. I’ll be using this a lot more as the warmer weather comes in.

Very hand appliance!

We used it at the weekend and it was just perfect. What a treat to be cooking our own food when away. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 2 weeks use of this product soo far soo good, works perfectly having 2 sized hobs is brilliant, comes in useful making the family Sunday dinner extra hobs in an instant. It does take a short while to heat fully but with patience it works a treat, easy to store away after use not to heavyweight. Good quality mini hob and easily cleaned.

Little but efficient

Fantastic for fast frying and even for cooking pasta. Very easy to clean and great storing dimensions.. Not too heavy so, can easily take with us on holidays. Definitely recommend it

It is made out of stainless steal has two cast iron hotplates a large and small one. Easy to clean and has two individual heating controls so can heat one or two hotplates individually with individual temperature. It's easy to store and compact. I've cooked many meals from hotpot,chicken stews to fry up all meals have came out excellent. A very well compact mini hob that does what it sets out to do.

This mini electric hob is a bit small, but I suppose it is my fault for not paying attention to the word "mini" in the online catalogue. It works, though, and it will definitely do the job, as I don't cook much. The price is right, and the delivery was super-fast and, intelligently, proactivelly, joined to another independent purchase I made from the same site. Well done, Robert Dyas! And, even better, you do this all the time, as a rule. It is your standard. Which is why i shop with you!!

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by one of the following methods:

Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
2. Visit Your Local Robert Dyas Store
Whether you bought the product in store, online or over the phone, most of our products can be returned to a Robert Dyas stores. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not attempt to return large or heavy products, including large kitchen appliances, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture etc to your local store.
