Replacement
I hope this message finds you well. Approximately six months ago, I purchased this product from your store in Morley LS27 Morrison, England. Overall, I have been quite satisfied with the product.
Recently, I encountered an issue with the blender as it ceased to function when I attempted to use it last week. I approached your store seeking a replacement, and I spoke with the individual responsible for handling replacements. Unfortunately, she mentioned that your store does not provide warranty services and insisted that I should reach out to the company directly.
Moreover, she pointed out that without a physical copy of the receipt, the store is unable to process any replacement requests. I kindly requested that they verify the transaction date, which is May 23, 2023, and she reiterated the store's policy of not offering replacements without involving the company.
I understand the store's policies, but I wanted to bring this matter to your attention and seek guidance on how to proceed. I appreciate your time and assistance in resolving this issue.

Quality product and easy to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using this product all through the month of fasting to make milkshakes. I love this product, it handled ice cubes too for my flavoured drinks. Really easy to setup and easy to use. In fact my teenage son found it easy to use and he managed to make milkshakes for the family.

All in one machine, easy to setup, use and clean.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This blender is very good and does what it is designed to do. Its quick to setup, easy to use and easy to clean. I have used other blenders in the past but the lid/top of this blender is very tight gripping, which is a lot safer and would definitely stop liquids escaping. There’s even an opening at the top to add extra items whilst blending. The blender is equipped with sharp blades, which makes it perfect to make smoothies or soups. I had tried to make a smoothie and it blended the fruits up really well. I will be using this a lot to experiment and make a variety of different items.

Great bender
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this blender few weeks ago because I’ve started to make my own smoothies and milkshakes at home. I saw this one and thought I’d give it ago and I’m happy that I got it because it’s such a easy to use blender. It’s very easy to put together and to take apart. It comes apart from the bottom, so you unscrew the bottom where the blade is. So it’s easy for you to wash, the lid comes off at the top so you can give that a wash as-well . This blender is built to last. The blade is made from stainless steel so you know it won’t snap from making smoothies from putting frozen fruit or ice in there. It’s got 2 settings and a pulse setting as well . The jug part is a very good size, it’s 1.5 litres so you will be able to make a lot of drinks with this. The jug , lid and the blade is dishwasher safe as well so it’s easy for you to throw it in the dishwasher, saving you trying to get round the blades. The lid is great to you have two parts that you can open, one is where you pore out the liquid which is great so you don’t make a mess everywhere and the other one is where you can to keep the blender on and add ingredients. Saving you from getting slashed with the product. It’s a 400w so it a very powerful blender that will make sure your food or drink will be made to perfection. Also this comes with 3 year guarantee and I find that amazing just in case something goes wrong you won’t have to worry about buying a new one I will recommend this to friend and family for sure .

Great!

Really easy to use and clean, it has 2 different speed settings and holds up to 1.5 litres however I haven’t tried that amount inside yet. When the weather gets a little warmer I’ll be trying out cocktails! It also looks sleek unlike some others that look really bulky!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The blender is so good and is perfect for juices and mixing solids. It’s a well thought of blender. There’s a opening to add stuff while blending and an easy pour spout as well. The size of the blender is quite big and makes it super easy to make juices for the family. The 1.5 litre jar allows soups to be done in a whip. Really recommend this for everyone. Perfect addition to my household.
