Searching online for a new microwave returned many options:
Features; output; size; external finish and of course the cost.
I opted for Robert Dyas as his reviews were very positive and my chosen microwave offered all the features I could need.
It arrived very promptly in excellent packaging.
Instructions for installation were provided and easily followed.
Robert Dyas' price for this microwave was very good, well below the competition.
Finally, I'm delighted with my purchase, it is a quality product provided by a quality supplier and would highly recommend him to anyone.

This is the second time I have used Robert Dyas, last year I bought a new fridge freezer and the product and service, including installation was excellent.
Due to my last experience I was very happy to go with Robert Dyas again.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
