Stylish kettle
This is a great kettle you can see when the limescale builds up and its east to remove with lemon juice or white vinegar if is really bad. This is my second purchase as the wide dropped and broke the old one that we had had for several years.

I bought this kettle January/February 2024.
Feels sturdy and balanced.
Quiet boiling.
Lid opens to nearly 90 degrees.
Easy operation button to open the lid.
Good and easy operation button under the handle to turn on/off boiling.
Pours well.
Handle good to hold.
Good to have the option to boil one cup/mug of water.
The green cup indicator on the glass is not very clear (we are older consumers so this may only be an issue for those with imperfect sight).
Delighted with this purchase.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
