Low frost fridge freezer
Had an incredibly small space to fit a fridge freezer and could only find this one. Disappointed its not frost free but does the job. Changed the door opening from right opening to left which was easy to do. Plenty of space in the fridge/freezer for 1 person

Poor at best
I chose Robert Dyas as I've shopped there for electrical for years. I also chose Russell Hobbs as ive always believed it to be a quality company.
I had to wait a further 8 days after they delivered my brand new 'damaged' fridge freezer.
Then we received the new one and we'll just to say that's faulty aswell. I'm contacting them tomorrow as the white back of the fridge had iced up...After 10 days.
It doesn't get cold enough either. My milk keeps going off. I will be seeking a refund or at the very least a different make altogether

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
