Good fridge freezer, but…
Great little fridge for a couple of people or as a backup. I bought it about a month ago and it does the job. Unfortunately I haven’t managed to figure out yet how to get the freezer actually freeze food like meat and milk in less than 48hrs. It takes ages to freeze food. Once frozen, it holds the temperature nicely.

It’s a good buy
The fridge freezer was available for delivery straight away as supposed to other retailers. The delivery man was fantastic, he was friendly and eager to help. He unpacked and delivered the item to 1st floor.
The fridge freezer is more spacious inside then expected. The Freezer has proper drawers. The doors were easy to reverse too. I love shopping at Robert Dyas, because I trust the brand, quality of products stocked and the good customer service experience. The only downside of this item is that when you open it, the door magnets are very strong and the item isn’t heavy enough, the whole item wobbles. It makes you think it looks more expensive than it is, till you open it. The item needs to be heavier possibly to keep it firmly on the ground. However, it does the job.

Reversing the door was more difficult than it should have been, mainly because the instructions aren't very good- perhaps written for an earlier model and not updated? Otherwise very happy, particularly with how quiet it is.

1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
