Great durability
I had bought this 8 years ago and I thought this would break in a year or two but 8 years is extraordinary. It has great functions like how If I wanted to cook rice I would just press rice and it cooks rice for the right amount of time for me and if you press quick start it puts a minute straight away and when you do press it a second later it starts. It even has a clock so I recommend this to anyone who needs an advanced microwave or one that lasts very long choose this one.

Great but didn't last
We brought this just over a year ago and unfortunately it has just given up. It was a great microwave while it lasted - but I would expect a microwave to last longer than 16 months...

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
