Disappointment
I bought this 3 months ago. Have used it to make toasts, sandwiches, and waffles. Unfortunately the heating is way too slow, it takes way too long to crisp up a bread in the grill. And it doesn’t get hot enough so that the waffles don’t stick so you end up with a split waffle that you have to clean off the plates. We stopped using it for waffles which defeats the whole purpose of owning a 3 in 1 machine. I could have gone for much bigger, robust, and faster grill and also gotten a separate waffle maker probably for the same price and didn’t have any of these problems, but I was sold for the convenience of 3 in 1 only if I knew how low quality this product was… The bottom plastic part just broke after several uses, it’s so poorly made that they didn’t even consider the heat would melt and degrade one of the essential parts of the machine which functions as the back leg and the cord cover. I am very disappointed and do not recommend this product.

Good when it worked
After the first use on the sandwich maker it worked perfectly well,but used the panni maker and tripped my electrics twice , the RCD fuses. Will either returning to the retailer or via the warranty.

Simply Awful ! Looks ik but then the errors appear when you use it . The base has a flimsy three screw plate of which only one screw is used . The base fell off on first use so no stability . The sandwich plates are held in by a spring catches they crack easily , the gaps between the plates and the base allows food to get under the plate , this leaves you with having to clean the base around the element , fiddly , dangerous and time consuming . RUBBISH AND BIN THE ONLY PLACE FOR SUCH A POORLY MSDE PRODUCT, FACT!. .

Russell Hobbs kettle
Not about this product, but about a Russell Hobbs kettle purchased a few years ago, recently stopped working. Element failed, but because fixed to the underneath, can’t be changed. Poor design as the entire kettle has be be thrown away. Not happy.
