Machine OK, cup is a fail.
Machine works ok, the stainless steel cup is lined with shiny black plastic which was very disappointing, presumed it would be a double wall stainless steel cup, having the lining plastic means you can taste plastic when you drink from it and it is not dishwasher safe either.
