Heap of Crap!!!
I would not purchase this microwave combi smart oven. I had it a week and it kept faulting. The engineer came out to me 3 times. I have had it just over 2 years and it has gave up the ghost. The oven comes on the light comes on but when you try to cook/reheat something it does bugger all. The control panel does nothing and the start button does nothing. I called samsung repair as I had a 5 year parts and labour with it but they said they couldn't find my oven at all. Don't know why as it's been repaired before.

Great Product ruined by Rubbish Service
It’s a really good microwave (when I eventually received it) but Robert Dyas failed to deliver on time and their customer service was awful.
