Fantastic
In use for 6 weeks now. Super easy to use, quick charging.
Was worried after ordering about 6 minutes use on Max, but I can pretty much do most of my house (5 beds) on Minimum. Use Mid for some areas and Max rarely for spillages.
No complaints at all, equal in quality to previous Dyson V10 animal, but feels lighter despite good quality materials. Delivery was next day, as always from Samsung Direct, good communication.

Good looking and efficient.
I have 4 other Samsung appliances at home so it seemed a good idea to replace my Dyson V11 Torque Drive with this vacuum. It's half the price!!!!
I like that I don't have to keep my finger on the power button, both of us are disabled, and with arthritis that hurts.
It is height adjustable; I am very small.
It vacuums close to the skirting boards.
The bin is easily washed and suction feels strong.
Not sure about the charging stand as it is bulky sitting around the house and too big to fit into my cupboard. (No utility room in 130 year old house!)
The bin isn't as full, as quickly as my previous vacuum so I'm not sure if it lifts less pet hairs or just compresses them more?
Similar selection of tools as previous one.
Works well on taking air out of vacuum pack storage bags.
My dog doesn't go berserk when I switch this one on, as opposed to the previous one.
I have had it for a week and so far I like it and it does the job.

Quality product as you would expect from Samsung
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well made quality product and accessories. Website needs updating as to where to find the serial number (inside battery compartment). One design issue I feel needs amending is that you can only store the vacuum cleaner on the base with the extendable pipe fully retracted. An extendable tube on the base to match the extended tube length of the vacuum cleaner would eliminate this need and make it more convenient to use and store.

Great but poor design and manual misleading
Everything is fine, but the handle hurts my fingers. There is an unnecessary split that separates the index finger from the rest of the fingers, which is not comfortable at all. In addition, the user manual doesn't show how to charge the battery, i take the battery out and insert it to the charging station, however on the manual, the picture shown is completely different and not sure how it would work.

Absolute garbage, fantastic when it works but constantly fails to power up. Has now been not working longer than it has been working. Worked for one month perfect and now rarely works and been like this 2 months. Support service is even worse, been trying to get it fixed now for long time, engineer samsung sent says it needs new handle but samsung wont let them replace it. Still ongoing ............
