Confusion in packaging
I bought one to try to remedy a problem I was having with Sharps wardrobes. It was fine so I returned to the store and bought (I thought) seven more. Unfortunately, on the first on the rack was a large white catch, the rest were heavy duty and on trying one found it was too powerful for the job. I returned six to the store. I was told and the packets show that Large White and Heavy Duty have the same stock number! I was told they were being replaced by heavy duty. I searched your Website and found you had only six Large White in stock - perfect I ordered straight away and delivery was the next morning- great stuff! However on opening the package I found out they were Heavy Duty. Not very helpful. Nothing wrong with either product but confusion caused by stock numbers have caused frustration and waste of your time and mine.
