The Sherpa 13kW Bronze Gas Patio Heater is manufactured using a bronze powder-coated finish on 304 Marine Grade Stainless steel providing superb outdoor weather and corrosion for protection. This impressive unit features a hose and propane clip-on regulator with a hinged door and anti-tilt safety mechanism. Its classic design and premium build quality to complement the impressive heat output at a highly competitive price point.
Transport Wheels are attached to the heater, to make it far easier to move your heater around. So if you need your heater to be mobile or if you just need to move it to a different area altogether, then getting it there won't be such a struggle.
Turning on your heater is easy with this fantastic push and turn control knob. It allows you to start up your heater with ease, also allowing you to control the heat that the gas exerts. Whether you're looking to make it hotter or cooler, a simple turn of the knob will allow you to achieve this.

Great addition to my patio
Really good quality patio heater, easy to put together, looks like
it did on the package and did what it said it would, perhaps providing a cover as well would have been nice.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:

- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
