Overview
The Hampton summerhouse is a superb way of making the most of what can be a boring part of the garden or patio! Designed to fit neatly into the corner, the Hampton gives you a beautiful garden room with the added bonus of a separate storage shed. The summer house has two joinery quality opening windows and fully glazed, large double doors allowing plenty of light. The building is constructed on 34mm square framing and clad with planed 12mm Shiplap tongue and groove boards made only from the highest grade, slow grown, northern European pine. The floor and the roof are 12 mm T&G . The Hampton is supplied with a dip treated base coat preservative ready for you to top coat to your own preference immediately after installation, this could be wood paint or stain. Following your order, you will be sent a link to choose your delivery day. On the morning of delivery day you will also receive live tracking information. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building. Allowance should be made for the roof overhang and access for painting and during installation. Imperial dimensions are approximate to the nearest foot, please refer to the exact metric dimensions in the data given.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:

- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
