The Silentnight Air Purifier has a replaceable triple filter system of Sponge, HEPA and Activated Carbon to make sure 99.3% of airborne particles and allergens are caught, significantly improving the atmosphere in your bedroom.
The filter is capable of removing airborne contaminants from the air including pollen, mould, spores, dander and even odour causing bacteria.

Been using this for about a year, easy to use with different speeds and timers and ioniser. There are three filters, the prefilter and HEPA are in one with a separate carbon filter. Used in a medium sized bedroom there is a noticable effect on the air, its almost like being at the seaside! Might buy another for downstairs.

Underwhelming product
Bought for two main reasons - 1. It said would help with pet allergies and 2. It said "with 3 Filters". The product itself has 3 separate filter staged and it comes with one foam filter and one carbon filter. It does not come with 3 filters. I found this misleading. I have had it running in a small room and have not noticed any changes in my allergies. The fan blows out air at a strange angle to one side and when not on night time mode it can get noisy. I was expecting a much more noticeable impact on allergies (which are mild) and the air generally. Therefore underwhelmed and the price this is do not feel it worth it.
