Great buy and easy to use
Really enjoying using the terra, easy to use, compact and looks good in the kitchen. Definitely better than buying lots of sparkling water all the time . Haven’t made any soft drinks with it really just tonic water . For 2 people the gas canister has lasted over 1 month and we gave. Even using it almost every day.

Saving Money and staying hydrated.
Great way to have sparkling water at home without carrying all those heavy bottles. We drink a lot of sparkling water and so between the savings (and we bought it on sale!!!) and the reduced hassle of running to the shops to haul back heavy bags of water is great. Some of the flavors are ok, but it’s best when simply using filtered water.

Purse friendly, eco friendly, family friendly!!
I absolutely love this. My husband takes cold drinks to work and I’ve always worried about single use plastic. Make him one of these every day and he loves all the different flavours. My grandkids love it too because they can make their own drinks, it’s so easy to use! Good for the purse, good for the environment and good for the family, what more could you want?

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by one of the following methods:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
2. Visit Your Local Robert Dyas Store
Whether you bought the product in store, online or over the phone, most of our products can be returned to a Robert Dyas stores. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not attempt to return large or heavy products, including large kitchen appliances, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture etc to your local store. If in doubt of whether you should return a product to your local store, please contact customer services first.
