Designed for fast and effective trimming of overgrowth, the cutting swath is large at 33cm. The automatic line feed conveniently feeds the 1.6mm line as required , and the gear-drive transmission increases torque and provides plenty of power. And with high/low speed control, you can select just the right power for the job whilst maximising runtime efficiency.

Tough outperformer!!
I brought my Stanley Fatmax Strimmer before the end of the British Summer in Mid July. So, I had enough time to attack our overgrown garden with the Strimmer. And it was so up to the job!! It’s a tough little thug of piece of garden equipment that performs with strength and a fair amount of finess at the same time. Battery life is good, particularly at the regular lower speed setting. This is further improved by the extra battery that Stanley offered when I brought it. I am very pleased with it and, as a result, intend to buy other Stanley Fatmax products as soon as I can!

Brilliant strimmer
Had a battery operated strimmer before by another maker. Was useless. Very underpowered and battery did not last. Fat ax is very powerful and the battery lasts for ages and easily coped with all my allotment could throw at it

Good product so far
I bought this strimmer after doing a lot of research. It was simple to put together, easy to use and not too heavy. The battery has so far last about 45 minutes, which I gather is quite good compared to other strimmers. Battery and charger are included.
