Great looking and powerful
Really powerful. Cools whole room properly. Don't expect to be really quiet but it's not a disruptive sound. Main thing is it keeps you cool.

Powerful and cooling
I opened the box to find it already built. All I needed to do was remove the bag and plug it in. We live in a very hot flat but this cooled our room down by six degrees in minutes.
No complaints at all. Built to last!

Gives you chills
This fan, is FANtastistic. Serious.
On setting one, you can cool a 3x4 room in a few minutes.
Setting 2, you can take off!
Setting 3. Flip it upside and blast away and cool the room extremely quickly.
Setting 1, the cat isnt bothered by the noise. In fact she walked up to it. 9n 2 or 3, she's a bit cautious! The noise doesn't bother her, just the speed of the breeze. ... Yes it's really breezy on 2 n 3.
I've had 1 week so far, and can't contain. Not the cheapest option, but a good option. With this badge on, it'll be cheaper than with another lable!
Easy to use straight out of the box. The 3 speeds are easy to use, as is the off button. Nice n firm without being too stiff.
The copper looks great, the new chrome I suggest. It gives the fan a classic look about it.
Even if you have a large room, this will cool it effectively. My old place was 7m by 5m, and even setting 1 will do the job. You may want 10 mins on 2, and then leave on 1 all night.
You won't regret getting this fan.

ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT!
I have just bought this fan and it’s absolutely brilliant! I have just had it on the low setting and found it was strong enough. The top setting is like an air conditioner! It’s also fairly quiet which is good. Would definitely recommend!

Blew me away!
I am very happy with this floor fan. It was on display in store and looked good. I wasn’t disappointed. It has 3 settings but I only use the lowest as it’s more than adequate, great colour too.

Stylish and effective
This fan is excellent, cools the room quickly. We only ever have it on no. 1. Well built and looks great. I have knocked one star off as it is more noisy than other reviews claimed, you will have to turn you TB up. However this is livable.

Faulty item
Had to make two trips to store as first fan was faulty. Item was quite heavy & was disappointed!!! Second fan is working well.

Robert Dyas offers a FREE Click and Collect service to Robert Dyas stores.
If you choose to have your order delivered to your local store, it is completely free and will be delivered within 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays).
When your order arrives in your chosen store, we will e-mail you to advise that your order is ready for collection. Your order will be held in store for 7 days.
Standard Delivery
We aim to deliver items that are currently in stock in 3 to 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays) after the date the order is placed.
Unfortunately at this time we cannot take orders for delivery to British Forces Post Offices (BFPO), Northern Ireland, Freight Forwarders, international addresses or The Channel Islands (GY, JE).

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by one of the following methods:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
2. Visit Your Local Robert Dyas Store
Whether you bought the product in store, online or over the phone, most of our products can be returned to a Robert Dyas stores. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not attempt to return large or heavy products, including large kitchen appliances, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture etc to your local store. If in doubt of whether you should return a product to your local store, please contact customer services first.
