We close to the pier opposite Beales department store and near to Debenhams

Nearby to us is Montagus Steet which is a pedestrianised street with many high street names like Boots, Next, Marks and Spencers. On Warwick Street where you can sit outside and watch the world go by with a coffee and cake after you shopping trip.

There is also plenty of parking for only a pound an hour.

What's near by

We are blessed by being a seaside town with a pier that has plenty of hotels and restaurants as well as a bowling alley and theatres.

Nearby are the South Downs with the supposedly haunted Chanctonbury and Cissbury rings and also the famous High Down Chalk Gardens which are free entry and stunning.

We are also home to the international Birdman competition and in July have a massive sea front event with fireworks funfair vintage cars, concerts and markets.
