Compact, Fast Heating Fryer
I brought this just over a month ago and have used it to make deep dried mushrooms, chips and scotch eggs. It is an ideal size for two people, heats up quickly and fries evenly. I haven't changed the oil yet but it is just a case of tipping it up and wiping it out so should be straightforward.

Perfect for home frying
I bought my swan mini fryer 4 weeks ago since receiving I have used on a few occasions. It’s perfect for my homemade chips and frying of chicken. The size is perfect not taking up to much space in my cupboard when not I use.
