...and that's about all I can say about it that's positive! I bought this machine because it said it had the planetary action to stop the constant use of a spatula when mixing. I tried to cream butter(softened) and sugar to make a sponge. It spread the mixture in a film around the outside of the bowl. If you watch the promotional videos she is demonstrating with liquids. I contacted Swan and have had no reply. A waste of hard earned cash.

I bought this machine because of the advertised "planetary" action. I have used a handheld mixer up until now because it stopped cake ingredients being stuck to the sides and constantly having to use a spatula. I tried to make a basic sponge by the creaming method and this machine just coated the outside of the bowl with the butter and sugar. I am so disappointed. If you watch the promotional videos they show liquids being mixed not solids. I feel I have wasted a lot of money on this mixer.

Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
