Dog car crate
Went together fairly easily, quite heavy once made. Needs a mat in the base is the easy to clean laminate is also easy to slip on. Does rattle a bit at times but works well. Filled the back of my Volvo XC 90 with not much space left, which is what I wanted.

Large Dog Crate for SUV / pickup
This dog crate, suitable for larger SUVs, is good value for money. But being a third the price of many crates it is of lighter Construction and maybe not suitable for leaving the tailgate up on an untended vehicle at an event etc. . In standard form it is not lockable. Overall happy with it at the price paid.

Tectake double dog crate
The crate is extremely flimsey. It arrived with some damage to the soft metalwork. The sliding bolts on the divider fell off on the first use. The metalwork on both side sections got bent on the first and second use because the dogs pawed at them leaving sharp and dangerous ends pointing into the crate that they could cut themselves badly on. I purchased one of these several years ago and it was much more sturdy so assumed it would be the same. However it is Definitely an inferior version.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
