Great bit of kit
Use it almost daily already, was so worried about buying another bit of kitchen gear and then never using it, but this is great. Food cooks in half the time, and the energy bill is so much less. This is plenty big enough for us as a couple but if you have a big family a large model might work better. Love the drawer design and is really easy to use.

Best Product Ever
Got this product as a present 2 Christmases ago as been wanting this for a long time and it's just the best thing ever. Barely use the oven. Cooks everything beautifully and food is even better sometimes than when cooked in the oven. Also save you double the time on most items.

Don’t know how I managed without it!
I simply love this. Everything is cooked to perfection and takes such little time and energy. It is so easy to use. I have not used my gas oven since buying this. It would have been good to have a little more information/tips of timings and temperatures for cooking. I recommend this item.

Not an air fryer with a separate grill
This isn't an air fryer with a separate grill, it's an air fryer that grills as well at the same time as it's frying. Tefal tend to be a bit on the expensive side to my mind but I managed to obtain a decent discount which made it worth buying. I cooked a small chicken in it and the skin was beautifully golden brown and crisp. Very impressive. Worked well when we cooked sausages in it, too, which we wouldn't usually cook in an air fryer. Cooking times and temperatures of various items are shown on the lid so you don't need to go rummaging about trying to find the instructions. Overall we're very pleased with it. Recommended.

Great product so easy to use
I’ve been really pleased with the air fryer so easy to use, such quick clean and economical cooking. No kitchen smells. So glad I bought non digital version it’s simple to use. Fab crispy chicken and pork crackling to die for. Saves money I’d recommend to anyone. One minus point is it is quite small OK for 2/3 of us. Fits 6 chicken thighs or 7 sausages. My results with chips wasn’t as good as with meat but I’m only just getting used to it.

If you choose to have your order delivered to your local store, it is completely free and will be delivered within 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays).
When your order arrives in your chosen store, we will e-mail you to advise that your order is ready for collection. Your order will be held in store for 7 days.

We aim to deliver items that are currently in stock in 3 to 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays) after the date the order is placed.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by one of the following methods:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
2. Visit Your Local Robert Dyas Store
Whether you bought the product in store, online or over the phone, most of our products can be returned to a Robert Dyas stores. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not attempt to return large or heavy products, including large kitchen appliances, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture etc to your local store. If in doubt of whether you should return a product to your local store, please contact customer services first.
