Value for money
We bought this as a present for my daughter and husband and overall we are all very pleased with the quality. Not exactly 'bone china' quality (that was never claimed) but not as thick as I might have feared. The parcel was extremely well packed, because it was heavily damaged during transit. I alerted the company before unpacking (just in case) but they quickly reassured me of their support. Happily nothing was broken when I unpacked it for inspection. I can only say thank you to the supplier.

When opened, it was so broken the plates were dust. The replacement was worse. Now I've been waiting weeks for a refund.

Plates edges keep breaking out
Plates edges keep coming out from plates corners and it’s only a few weeks use. Quality is not good at all. You can’t use it for guests as it looks really bad. I would not recommend this. Looking to return this rubbish.
