The instructions could be better.
That said it's not hard to put it together.
Looks nice when done and seems quite sturdy.

Cheap price, cheap materials.
You get what you pay for. It looks OK, it wasn't too fiddly to it together but the frame feels like fabric covered cardboard. Not expecting it to last more than a year or 2

good bed but Very Poor Customer Service
Bought this Ottoman bed but was sent a wrong bed. One same design but without Ottoman feature. The customer service is next to nothing.
Wed query and email took few days for response. No telephone number on web site. Eventually track down the number via nearest shop but no answer after an hour on the phone. Used the call back function but it took a day for the call-back.
Sorting out the re-delivery but no one confirm the delivery date until the day before after many chasing. Dropped off the new bed but didn't collect the wrong one so the saga carry on.
The only 1 extra star is for the bed that is decent and solid but avoid Robert Dyas as a company all together. But elsewhere.
