Look like trash
Had to write a new review to enable me to upload a picture.
Looks nothing like the lovely "decorative bark" in the promortional photograph.
Looks like someone shovelled the floor of a dirty old woodmill into the sacks and decided to call it "Decorarive Bark", in fact it's barkless twigs, sticks and large chunks of wood, mixed up with rotting sawdust.
I challenge anyone to find one piece of bark in this sack of trash. I paid 25 quid for them to ship me something theys've had to pay a rubbish removals firm to dispose of.
Extremely disappointed, it's not fit for the purpose I ordered it for and it will be too expensive to send back.

Not as attractive as depicted in website image
Arrived extremely wet, which made unecessary extra work for the poor courier & my petite self, not to mention the negative consequence on carbon footprint! The bark arrived in unbtanded plastic sacks and isn't nearly as attractive as depicted in the main product photo. In fact I find it quite ugly, large chunks of woody sticks, mixed in with a LOT of (black) aged sawdust by the look of it. Not good quality at all and because of the black. Certainly not what I 'd expect a product described as "decorative bark", would look like!
I love Robert Fyas, they're my go-to for many household necessities and have never had cause to complain.
However, I would definitely ask them to look into the quality of this product they're selling and hope they take it up with the supplier. This supplier is seriously letting you down on this one, Robert Dyas!
If I'm able to edit this review, I'll provide some photos when it has dried sufficiently. Currently it's so black & wet, which doesn't make for a very good photographic illustration.

Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
