Great little camera.
Bought as a gift for my father in law for extra security. Set up was straightforward no wires to contend with. Access to the app also straightforward he has the doorbell as well so both work together on the app. Would recommend this item.

Battery Life Not as Advertised
It's a good camera, easy to set up and install and the video footage is very good, with the added benefit that it's subscription free and wireless. However, the battery life is claimed to be 3 months, mine has been installed for about three weeks and it's down to 31% already from full, so will need to be taken down and recharged in a week or so.
Also you can't turn it off once activated, you follow the instructions to do this and it shuts down for a few seconds then restarts again.
With these faults though it's not too bad but as the battery ages I suspect it will reduce further and only last a year or so as lithium batteries age chonoloically as well as through usage.

Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
