A good buy
Have been very pleased with the knife. Once I worked out how to insert the blades.
It’s proved very usual for new bread.

Not a product I would buy again
The blades are very awkward and stiff to fit requiring excessive pressure to slot in. Result...nicked fingers, lucky not worse.
