MY STUNNING NEW KETTLE FROM ROBERT DYAS
WHAT A LOVELY GREAT KETTLE. IT IS BETTER & PERFECT THAN ALL OF THE KETTLES THAT IVE EVER HAD HONESTLY GREAT PRICE & IT LOOKS THE PART ON MY SIDE OF WHERE MY MICROWAVE IS. I WOULD DEFINATLY BUY AGAIN. FIVE STARS FOR EVERYTHING.

Kettle is beautiful but quite heavy. It was scratched by the lid so I have returned it. Cannot say much about boiling as didn't use it.

Scratched and still waiting for help!
Arrived scratched and am now into week 3 of trying to get a replacement sorted or at the very least a partial refund. The item arrived in a box that was pretty banged up so no surprise when I found scratches all across it.
I have had a case with Robert Dyas on getting a replacement one opened for 3 weeks saying they’ve been stuck trying to get hold of a supplier. I feel I have been very patient but honestly it’s a bit of a joke now.

Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
