The Tower T16019RG 270W 6.5L Slow Cooker also features three temperature settings – low, high and warm, allowing you to cook a range of dishes at the right setting. It also features a heat–resistant handle to prevent any mishaps while handing and a power indicator light to provide you with safety and peace of mind while using the slow cooker.
It also features a tempered glass lid that allows you to check the progress of the food without letting the heat out during cooking. Once it is done, the easy to remove ceramic pot allows you to transfer food from the slow cooker straight to the table for serving your family, friends and guests.

Big slow cooker, good quality and appearance
I bought this a month ago and have used it a lot since. It is easy to use and clean. Fits whole joints of meat and cooks thoroughly

Let down by the courier
The slow cooker is fine, large capacity and cleans up well. Lost a star as doesn't seem to be as powerful as our previous cooker, takes slightly longer etc. Also lost a star for the delivery company, think it was Evri letting us know when delivery was expected 10 mins AFTER it had arrived, no use whatsoever ! Not the products fault.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
