Great iron, great sale price!Really like the cordless option. I prefer not to use the steam option but use a hand held water sprayer instead as I have very hard water. Works a treat.

Jury is still out.The jury is still out on the Tower Cordless steam iron. I loved the idea of a cordless iron and, naturally, it is much easier to manoeuvre without a cord to wrestle with. However, it is really light and although this is an advantage, it does feel a little like using a toy iron. For most of my ironing it worked just fine if I slow down and go in one direction but I found my usual action of racing in all directions around garments only caused it to catch and crease. I don't feel that it heated up as much as my old iron and I definitely struggled to get the creases out of a linen shirt. It is also a little bit awkward to place it back in the dock between ironing. I shall persevere to try to change my ironing habits and hope that I can adapt to enjoy it.
