Easy to charge and empty run time good also. The lights show the dirt/dust to pick up best cordless I’ve ever had and made in uk I think

Good experience
It was chosen by chance and it was a good day to purchase it, I highly recommend to anyone want to have vacuum cleaner in the house better than dyson, black dekker and vax etc. to my experience and most important delivery was by EVRI not by Post Office. My last shopping more than a week didn't received coz Robert Dias choose to deliver via Post Office.

Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
