Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice little film converter with a few niggles. Fun and useful little product to convert negatives and slides to a format that can be used on Chromebook. Not machine gun fast but easy enough. Better than finding someone to convert the things for you. Just do it wherever. Mainly home . Some things to point out 1) The product MUST use a suitable SD card for it to work. Only use SD cards up to 32gigabytes and NOT above. Otherwise it won't work. No SD card supplied with this product. And it cannot use a USB stick instead either. Luckily I had a 16gigabyte SDHC one. A 64megabyte Multimedia card will also work albeit with very limited storage. 2) If you got a full roll of film of say 24 as opposed to a set of four frames or individual frames to process this could be tricky.(I will say I've not attempted it yet but it does look like it will be messy.) Is there an adaptor we can buy separately? 3) Sadly, there's no way to convert APS on this product. And no Disk or Medium Format conversion either in case you're wondering. 4) Not all of the photo will be captured in one go sadly . So here's a tip. You may either decide what to press OK for on one photo OR capture the left or right side first then slide along to capture the rest. So a few niggles but a great product none the less.
