This metal garden raised bed would be a great choice for DIY enthusiasts to decorate their gardens, balconies or patios. The planter is deep and wide enough to hold a large amount of soil and provide ample space for your plants, vegetables, herbs and flowers. Made of heavy-duty galvanised steel, the planter pot is weather resistant and therefore very practical for outdoor use. The planter needs assembly.

Hmm, well here goes ...!
Good product once you can get past the 7 hours required to assemble - yes really! My partner is a civil engineer and his knowlege of bridge construction and endless patience was the only thing that got this thing built!
There are so many fiddly little screws and the panels/stabiliser bars are very sharp, they need careful handling! Protective gloves are included for handling the panels - which is a nice touch - BUT these are then useless when tightening the endless screws so you can't wear them. My partner needed plasters on all his fingers for protection as his fingers got so sore tightening all the screws so he learned the hard way. We bought two raised beds so he had to endure the pain twice!
It is a decent product once assembled - though the steel panels are thin and feel fairly flimsy but - note to the manufacturer - please - just pre-assemble it into 4 easy panels and it will solve a lot!
So in conclusion, I'd love to say differently but have to be honest and say sadly, I cannot recommend this product as, due to the sheer trial of assembling it, I certainly would not buy it again. I'm sure most people would lose the will to live trying.

1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
