Pretty to look at but cheaply made.
Product looks good on the face of it, but it’s actually very cheaply made and is not designed to last. What is described as thick cushioning is only about 2 inches thick and it’s not the foam that’s that support you it. It crushes easily so within an hour of using it you are practically sitting on a hard surface. The nuts and bolts and metal fittings are not great quality either, and after only a few weeks of use the chair or has he has some movement between the chair and the actual base, even though all the nuts and bolts are tightened up. This would, of course cause more wear and eventually fail, and so I can’t see the chair last in Ward in about three or four months before tosses me onto the floor probably when I’m holding a cup of tea! Great customer services from Richard Dyas, but it doesn’t take away from the fact this product is not a quality product it is a very short life expectancy.

Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
