The 'H' shape paired with the square base stands steady and won't move. The easel is adjustable to 16 different levels so you can sit or stand with it. It's finished with a small tray for holding your art supplies close to hand.

Great Easel for studio
I wanted a more stable easel & decided on the square stand base one. After looking around I found that most of them were dearer than the amount I was prepared to pay & then I found this one! It’s a bit narrower than my previous one but is just right for the canvases I use which are normally about 90x60cms. It’s got a great shelf for putting bits on like rags or brushes & it has a great range of adjustment for height. My art studio is in my garden, so I have a restricted height & although this easel has the potential to go higher, it’s just right for my uses. Easy to asemble too as it came with all the tools & instructions.

Excellent quality and service, as always
Really sturdy easel, suitable for most canvas sizes. Considerably cheaper than the same type of easel elsewhere. Prompt delivery. Only downside is that the instructions could have been considerably more clear. A man would probably assemble this without problems, but a bit more challenging to those of us who aren't used to this sort of thing. Would still recommend.

Does the job at a very reasonable price
Good easel - sturdy and easy to use. Easy to put together, all parts in good working order. I'm guessing you could pay twice the price elsewhere for the the same quality.
