Good chair, but has its design faults.
Comes fairly well packaged, but needs putting together. Picture instructions are fairly easy to follow. Chair is comfortable, with nice soft, faux leather, easy to adjust height etc. Footrest not really that useful if you are using the chair to mostly work or game at a desk.
The only drawback is the headrest cushion. It is limited as to where it can be positioned and unless you are the perfect height when sitting, it can be annoying. Where the instructions tell you to put it, the elastic is too loose and the cushion flops forward. It would benefit from having a longer piece of elastic with a strap adjuster so that you could put it around the outside of the top of the seat.

If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
