Good convenient and useful.
So good to have something rechargeable that doesn't need a stock of dry batteries to keep it running. The power is excellent so the recharge facility is very convenient to use. Vibration has only one strength setting but it needs no more that that. Device is long enough to get to hard-to-reach places such as shoulder blades and upper back. It's much safer than using T.E.N.S. or ultra-sonic massasger pain-relief devices. It's also safe to use over the top of vertebrae without causing problems to the lumbar discs. I am well pleased with this device and it helps smooth out areas that can spasm from such things as stiff-neck syndrome and sciatica pain from low back disc prolapses. Good value and so well recommended.

hospital reccomended product
termpremental out of the box and then after a week stopped working so not sure why. Have returned for an exchange but not heard anything back yet. Not that bad when it was working and better than another device recommended
Bit awkward to hold with the 'flex' middle section as needed more specific to a certain smaller area on hand but attachments fit well and has a good assortment of those

Still waiting for replacement as
Still waiting for replacement as product was faulty. Ok first few days then completely stopped working. Followed all the instructions accordingly to booklet. Was great for hands after surgery to help scar tissue etc. Am looking forward to replacement soon as thumb on other hand gets sore trying to massage the injured hand.

If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
