Not fit for purpose
I bought a beard trimmer for my partner for Christmas, firstly when it was unwrapped the beard shampoo had leaked over all the other products and the lid was clearly very loose. Secondly, he has just used the 'long' length to tidy his beard up and it has taken pretty much his whole beard off.
On inspection of the 'long' length, the way it fits to the razor actually makes it look incredibly longer than it is, he only has a short beard and this has basically taken it back to near stubble.

Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
