Just what I needed
A very impressive ladder that has met every requirement so far. I’ve been very pleased with it. It’s sturdy, and its many different configurations mean it can take the place of at least four other ladders. No complaints whatsoever.

Accurate description
I bought this 12 in 1 ladder just over a month ago. I was looking at a few online and this was the cheapest one i managed to find for such a big name. The uses and description were accurate, and I would highly recommend getting on if your looking. I have used it for my trade as a decorator and it's so stable to use, but can see the potential in doing more around the house, like pruning the bushes, or cleaning the guttering, to building a car port! The delivery was fast but your unable to track it and didn't have the receipt for business purposes. Bar that it's a really good product to have about.

Ladders not recieved - don't bother!!
I ordered the ladders a few weeks ago and rang Robert Dyas to recieved a tracking code that was valid as the one emailed to me by them was invalid.
One member of staff said she would look into it and responded stating the ladders had been delivered. I assured her they had not, checking our CCTV.
I responded to this effect, no response. I rang, another member of staff said he would look into it. No further response.
Rang and emailed again to investigate where my items are and still no response.
Not impressed.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
