Quality Yearn Mirror
Instantly loved this mirror, but was a bit worried about ordering it, after reading various reviews on other sites. It seemed a lot of these mirrors were arriving damaged. I chose to order with Robert Dyas, as they were the cheapest. My mirror arrived very well packaged, and in perfect condition. I was very happy with this purchase, and glad that I didnt let the negative reviews put me off.

Nice Mirror
Nice mirror, but the corner joints are not quite 100%, but only by fractions of a mm; noticeable when running your hand over the joins but once hung you wouldn't know. Pleased with the way it looks over our sideboard

Lovely mirror but glass is scratched
This is a gorgeous mirror which looks even better than in the picture. Unfortunately it arrived with scratches in the glass. It is so big and most of the packaging had to be cut off so returning seems far too difficult.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
