Overview
The Freya design presents a new design aesthetic and incorporates alternate-width wooden slats cleverly spaced to make a very comfortable ergonomic seating shape.
The extended high back improves comfort and support but also gives a sense of drama and presence to the outdoor dining experience. The encompassing style and presence of the Freya Dining Set offer the customer value for money through good design and premium appearance.
All details of the product have been considered, particularly the width and length of the armrests, which provide maximum arm support as well as allow space to rest a glass with a modern and contemporary look.
Part of Zest’s new Easy Build range, the Freya dining set is designed with fewer components for simple assembly using bolts. To suit any size of outdoor space the range offers a choice of furniture combinations including two or three-seater benches, round or rectangular tables, chairs and a companion seat for two.
Made from sustainable slow-grown soft wood from responsibly managed forests, it's pressure treated and comes with a 10-year guarantee against rot.

I bought this table last April, the assembly instructions came with added information about the groves that could be found in the wood, the groves, apparently, were part of the woods compound and the advice was not to contact the supplier regarding this. The table top did have deep groves and they unfortunately caused the table to warp. When I contacted RobertDyas regarding this, they in turn send me instructed me to contact the main supplier, who instructed me to dismantle the table and pack it up for collection, tie it up with string or tape, was suggested. The idea being that it would be collected, inspected then a decision would be made on a refund or replacement. This table is very heavy and string or tape was not going to work. After way to many emails between RobertDyas and the main supplier I actually gave up on getting a replacement or a refund. So I’m left with a warped table. If you buy this table and the table top had deep groves, ignore the manufacturers advise and return it.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
