Swing bench
This is a lovely solid swinging bench. It took us a couple of hours to figure out how to put it up but it was well worth the time. You do need all of the tools, suggested in the instructions, to hand. The instructions were fairly easy to follow and there is a video you can look at if needed. I’m really pleased we bought it, it is a great addition to our garden.

Very impressed
The 3 seater garden swing was just what we were looking for. We had seen the 2 seater at garden centres but they were too small.
Easy to construct, and a robust construction.
The only fault I found was, the instructions suggest in the canopy construction the you fit the first baton, then turn another baton on its edge to create the space required for the next. This is fine, except there are 16 batons supplied, and using your method requires 17!!!.

UTTER RUBBISH! DO NOT BUY!
UTTER RUBBISH! Not fit for purpose. Does not assemble correctly. Very poor instructions. There are holes missing and the ones that are there are wonky or there are screws coming through where the bolts are supposed to go through. It is an unstable peice of rubbish. NOT RECOMMENDED. Attempting to get a full refubd but the fantastic Robert Dyas Customer Service team are messing me around - waiting for a few more days before my credit co pany get involved.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
